Work With Communities
I facilitate processes where communities, institutions, and groups can explore their shared stories, tensions, and desires for change. My work often unfolds in contexts where heritage, memory, and identity are at stake — and where emotions are present, even if they are not yet fully spoken.

What Becomes Possible
When communities have access to grounded facilitation and emotional tools, they can move beyond silence, polarization, or avoidance. They gain the capacity to listen more deeply, to hold multiple perspectives, and to imagine futures that honor both memory and change.
My role is not to impose solutions but to create conditions where people can show up more fully — with their questions, their doubts, their relational histories — and move together toward more honest and sustainable forms of co-existence.
